About Vital Lyfe
At Vital Lyfe, we’re redefining water access through breakthrough desalination technology—bringing clean water to the edge of infrastructure, and directly into people’s hands. This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving, mission-driven team solving one of the most urgent challenges on the planet with aerospace-grade engineering and field-tested simplicity.
Position Mission Statement
We're looking for a bold, full-stack Senior Marketing Manager to build and scale our marketing engine from the ground up. You’ll set the strategy, shape the brand, and drive growth across channels, leading everything from product launches and paid campaigns to content, lifecycle, and positioning. You’ll work across teams, wear many hats, and help define how we show up in the world. This is a rare chance to own the narrative for a category-defining product and take it global.
Responsibilities
Set the vision and strategy for all marketing activities from brand to performance, content to lifecycle
Grow and lead a high-performance team across growth, content, social, product marketing, and ops
Own and execute go-to-market strategy for product launches, acquisition funnels, and integrated campaigns
Define and evolve brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and storytelling across customer segments
Build and optimize data-driven marketing operations using tools like HubSpot, GA4, Meta Pixel, and attribution platforms
Scale lead generation and improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV across paid, earned, and owned channels
Drive high-quality content across blogs, video, thought leadership, and social platforms
Lead market research, persona development, and competitive analysis to inform product and sales strategy
Own marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting focus on what moves the needle
You Might Be a Fit If You Have:
5+ years in marketing, with 2–3+ in a leadership or head-of-marketing role
Proven experience owning GTM strategy and budgets at an early- or growth-stage startup
A full-stack marketing skill set: product marketing, paid acquisition, SEO, lifecycle, content, analytics
Deep knowledge of funnels, segmentation, CRM orchestration, and conversion rate optimization
Strong strategic instincts, but also ready to get tactical and execute when needed
A track record of building emotionally resonant brands that stand out
Fluency with modern marketing tools (HubSpot, GA4, Webflow, Meta Ads, UTM frameworks, etc.)
A portfolio of successful campaigns or launches that moved the needle on growth or brand awareness
A scrappy, hands-on approach to building systems, processes, and teams from scratch
You’ll be joining a small, mission-driven team at a critical stage of growth. You’ll have the freedom to build the marketing function from the ground up with resources, leadership support, and a product that truly matters. This is a chance to shape a brand with global impact and scale a business from zero to one.
