Position Mission
Drive the strategy behind where we go next. You'll map new markets, shape rollout plans, and help turn breakthrough hardware into a global solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize market opportunities across commercial, humanitarian, and defense channels
- Develop go-to-market strategies and rollout plans for new regions and customer segments
- Analyze the performance and financial impact of growth experiments to inform prioritization
- Build and execute end-to-end launch strategies, from positioning and messaging to demand generation
- Own the customer journey from awareness to activation—identifying drop-off points and leading improvements
- Synthesize insights from user feedback, analytics, and industry trends to shape growth tactics
- Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Ops to align product and market strategies
- Monitor competitor activity and broader industry shifts to refine market entry approaches
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in Excel
- 3+ years in growth-focused roles, ideally at an early or growth-stage startup
- Proven track record launching and scaling multi-channel growth campaigns, including social, search, video, and referral.
- Deep understanding of paid media strategy, budgeting, and optimization based on acquisition cost and return on ad spend.
- Skilled at building and analyzing customer funnels, with a focus on conversion, activation, and retention.
- Experience designing and running A/B tests, with a strong grasp of statistical rigor and performance insights.
- Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Looker, Meta Ads Manager, and landing page builders.
- Strong understanding of email flows, onboarding sequences, and re-engagement tactics within growth loops.
- Hands-on approach to testing new growth channels, lead capture tools, and conversion optimization tactics.
- Clear communicator with fast iteration cycles and strong prioritization under pressure.
- Passion for mission-driven products, especially in water, sustainability, or off-grid innovation.
- Work on high-impact problems with global relevance
